Privacy statements

We are very concerned by your privacy. Our statements:

• We will never disclose any non-public(*) user documents to any third party. Those documents are and remain the sole user property.
• We will never disclose user e-mails to any third party. Moreover users will never receive unwanted(**) e-mails from us, not even PeopleWords advertising.

The only exception to those statements would be legal actions decided by official legal authorities.

(*) Users may publish documents on our website. All documents are private by default. Disclosing a document requires an explicit user action.

(**) Administrative e-mails, in particular e-mails related to payments, are excluded from this category.

General conditions

PeopleWords has no contractual relationship with any PeopleWords user (customers and translators alike). Although PeopleWords makes efforts to achieve an online trust through its community rating system, PeopleWords cannot be held responsible for any particular action (payment) or non-action (non-payment) of any of its users.

Both customers and translators are fully responsible 1) for the documents that they may upload on PeopleWords 2) for their respective tax declarations. PeopleWords does not manage, in any manner, documents or tax declarations of its users unless if it were constrained by legal authorities. PeopleWords carries no responsibility for the relations between its users.
